Job Description
Outer Labs is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Develop a framework to identify and validate graphic design opportunities toward company objectives
- Exhibit a deep understanding of business economics to drive graphic and product design innovation
- Oversee the creation of visual elements such as infographics, original images, and illustrations - especially for internal and external presentations, social media postings, product marketing materials, and more
- Oversee the overall graphic design of our company website, including ownership over design recommendations and updates. Webflow platform proficiency required
- Build a strong partnership with our Marketing, Growth, and Operations team to improve internal efficiency and leverage
- Prioritize a roadmap to tackle the largest, engagement-generating graphic and product design opportunities
- Supervise design layouts, including the selection of colors, images, and typefaces;
- Present graphic design concepts to Leadership team and relevant internal stakeholders
- Review graphic designs for errors before presenting them for final approval and prior to publishing
- Develop and advocate best practices for graphic and product design, development and experimentation across the organization
- Effectively communicate and document the progress of graphic design implementations to internal team members
- Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs - proficiency with Figma and Notion required
Required Skills
- Excellent eye for aesthetic design and latest design trends
- Understanding of UX patterns and ability to work with Design Systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Driven by curiosity with exceptional attention to detail
- Preference for fast-paced iteration, deadlines, and budgets
- Experience with AEC industry

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
